DALLAS — Several accidents and construction zones are causing delays for drivers during the Friday morning commute, including a fatal crash in the Balch Springs area that has all lanes blocked. It's a similar situation for drivers in Mesquite.

Fatal crash on I-635 south at Seagoville Road near Balch Springs
All lanes are blocked and traffic is at a standstill headed south after a fatal crash, authorities say.
According to Balch Springs police, the accident happened around 4:30 a.m. and involved four vehicles. Police said one person did die.
WFAA's traffic reporter Tashara Parker suggests Peachtree as one option. Other options are to exit early off Bruton Road and head to Masters Drive, which can get drivers to US 175.
Crash on I-30 east at Gus Thomasson in Mesquite
Other trouble spots include:
