Two teenagers have been arrested in the Tuesday afternoon shooting in Garland that injured three people.

Ja Ray Malik Hollywood, 17, and a 16-year-old boy each face two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The 16-year-old has not been publicly identified because he is a juvenile.

A group of 20-50 teens were fighting Tuesday afternoon at an apartment complex in the 3700 block of East Meadows Drive near Roan Road, police said. Three people pulled out guns and fired. The third person has not been identified yet, police said.

A 25-year-old woman and a 14-year-old girl were taken to the hospital with injuries to their lower bodies. They are expected to recover, Garland police said.

A third person had minor injuries. That person was likely struck by shrapnel but was not shot, police said.
