DALLAS —  This story originally appeared in the Dallas Business Journal, a WFAA news partner.

Harwood Hospitality Group LLC has unveiled two new restaurants slated to open this year at Harwood No. 14, the newest office tower in its burgeoning district on the west side of Uptown Dallas.

The local hospitality group announced Feb. 2 that NDA Brasserie is schedule to open in April at the base of the high-rise at 2801 N. Harwood St.

The restaurant name is a nod to the tower's anchor tenant, law firm Haynes and Boone LLP, and the announcement promised a sense of confidentiality and exclusivity in the eatery, with leather and gold accents. An NDA, or non-disclosure agreement, is a common legal document.

NDA Brasserie will be open for breakfast and lunch seven days a week with room for private events as the hospitality group aims to create a go-to spot for breakfast meetings, business lunches and celebratory gatherings. The menu will offer American classics such as club sandwiches and burgers.

And in the summer, Harwood Hospitality plans to open an upscale Japanese-inspired restaurant in the tower, although additional details including a name were not disclosed.

Harwood Hospitality owns multiple restaurants — such as Tequila Social and Dolce Riviera — and is part of Harwood International Inc., a Dallas-based real estate firm developing the Harwood District. The district encompasses 19 blocks north of Victory Park and already has more than 3 million square feet across multiple buildings. The company revealed in November plans for another office tower in the district, a 23-story building with 340,000 square feet to be called Harwood No. 15.

The district has become a popular landing spot for companies. The company said the space was 93% leased in November.
