One person is in critical condition after they were shot overnight Sunday, Dallas police said.
Shortly after 1:30 a.m., the victim flagged down officers on the 1800 block of Singleton Boulevard, according to police. They had been shot in the chest and arm.
First responders took the victim to a local hospital in critical condition, police said.
Officers were then able to find a suspect "a short time later." That person is now in custody, according to police, as they continue to investigate.
