DALLAS — The 297-room Beeman Hotel in Dallas, managed by Evolution Hospitality, has completed a $4 million, top-to-bottom renovation.

The Park Cities hotel, previously known as The Magnolia Hotel, features enhanced rooms, an upgraded indoor pool with new outdoor area, the addition of a grab-and-go-market, a lively lobby lounge, a new BBQ restaurant concept, and 12,000 square feet of private event and meeting space, said Stacy Elliston, co-founder of Dallas-based Studio 11 Design, who oversaw the renovation.

The redesign, led by Studio 11 and Carrell Partners & Yost Architects, sets out to create a sense of community and capture the diversity that is central to the spirit of Dallas, bringing together the personalities and cultures that make up the city, Elliston said in an interview wit the Dallas Business Journal.

Room rates at The Beeman start at $120 per night.

The 297 guest rooms blend clean, tailored lines with an artistic flair, such as unexpected uses of color and other design details, Elliston said.
