Hot weather continues across North Texas this week.

Showers and storms have fizzled out with the loss of the heat of the day. Fireworks celebrations will be just fine in North Texas.

Isolated to scattered showers and storms are possible Wednesday and Thursday. However those rain chances are short-lived as temps climb and rain chances dry up heading into the weekend.

A new streak of triple digits looks to start this weekend with highs at or above 100° through next week.
