CARROLLTON, Texas — An overturned truck was blocking the express lanes and two main lanes on Interstate 35E northbound in Carrollton early Wednesday afternoon.
The crash was at Whitlock Lane in Carrollton. An overturned tractor-trailer was blocking the express lanes and two main lanes of the highway, limiting traffic to the far right lane. This was also near the exit onto President George Bush Turnpike.
Hazmat crews were called out as a result of hazardous chemicals spilling onto the interstate. Officials expected it could be several hours before the scene was cleared.
