Cowboys cornerback Jourdan Lewis is making a difference off the field

Raising Cane’s restaurants are donating $25K of its proceeds to The Jourdan Lewis Foundation.

DALLAS — Cowboys cornerback Jourdan Lewis is partnering with Raising Cane's to help make the holidays special for at-risk youth in Dallas and in his hometown.

Chicken lovers were encouraged to visit their neighborhood restaurant Tuesday with a portion of the proceeds going to The Jourdan Lewis Foundation.

It was befitting for Lewis to make a stop for lunch at the Cowboys-themed Raising Cane's restaurant on West Northwest Highway. He spoke with fans and took photos all before he noshed on his chicken finger meal.

“The Jourdan Lewis Foundation supports and empowers our at-risk youth in Dallas, and in my hometown of Detroit, through educational workshops, free youth football camps, holiday giving, food insecurity, and financial literacy programs and grassroots sports programs," said Lewis.

In addition, Dallas-area Raising Cane’s Restaurants are donating $25,000 of net proceeds to the Jourdan Lewis Foundation.
