The Rockwall store will be located at 469 E. Interstate 30, and it's slated to open March 15. The McKinney store will open sometime later in the spring or early summer at Virginia Parkway and U.S. 75. The Fort Worth store will open later this year, in the summer or early fall, at Bailey Boswell and Old Decatur roads.

The company noted that all three opening dates could change, depending on any construction delays. Official grand opening dates and events will be announced about two weeks before opening.

Sprouts, which has a focus on organic and natural foods, has more than 380 stores nationwide with around 31,000 employees.

In North Texas, they're among a crowded grocery market, which includes Tom Thumb, Kroger, Whole Foods, Walmart, and, more recently, H-E-B, which has had several openings and planned openings over the last year.
