PLANO, Texas — Plano police responded to a crash involving a fatality in the Coit Road area between W. 15th Street and W. Park Boulevard Friday afternoon.
Plano police say the crash involved a motorcycle and a sedan. The motorcyclist was taken to a local hospital and later pronounced dead, according to police. Officials say there was no indication of anyone in the sedan being injured.
Police are recommending drivers seek alternate routes as of about 4 p.m.
Plano police’s traffic unit is investigating the crash.
