DENTON, Texas — The Denton Police Department is investigating a fatal crash involving a motorcycle early Sunday morning.
The crash happened around 2:12 a.m. in the 1000 block of S. Loop 288 after a witness reported a motorcycle had crashed and caught fire.
The department said no other vehicles were involved in the crash and the rider was pronounced dead at the scene. The department identified the victim as 40-year-old Adam Prior Wozencraft.
Traffic Unit investigators will take over the investigation.
