FORT WORTH, Texas — Nancy Grace will join Dr. Phil’s new DFW-based cable network Merit Street Media.

“Crime Stories with Nancy Grace” will air at 5 p.m. daily beginning Feb. 26. Merit Street says the show will focus on both cold cases and cases from current headlines.

“I am so proud to be part of Dr. Phil’s new endeavor, Merit Street Media,” Grace said in a press release. “I can now take the mission to fight crime and let the voices of crime victims be heard to an incredible new platform. As a crime fighter and victim of violent crime myself, this message is my life’s work.”

McGraw called Grace “an unmatched expert and legend in this field.”

Grace’s show is part of a lineup of daily true crime programming the network announced. The four-hour block also includes “The Behavior Panel”, a one-hour show set to air on Fridays with Mark Bowden, Greg Hartley, Chase Hughes, and Scott Rouse (known from YouTube) in which they will “analyze the news conferences, interviews, and public appearances by headline-makers.”

The long-running shows “Cops” and “Jail” are also part of the lineup, as are reruns of McGraw’s longtime talk show.

Merit Street Media will be anchored by McGraw’s new show “Dr. Phil Primetime.” It’s a partnership with Trinity Broadcasting Network.

Longtime anchor with KPRC 2 in Houston Dominique Sachse and Fanchon Stinger will co-host “Morning on Merit Street” one of two live news shows. Kris Gutierrez, formerly of NBC DFW, and co-hosts Lyndsay Keith and Loni Coombs will lead “The News on Merit Street.”
