Fort Worth resident claims $1 million Texas Lottery prize

The anonymous resident scratched the winning ticket from a Food Mart in Hurst. There are still plenty of prizes that haven't been claimed from the game.

FORT WORTH, Texas — Someone in Fort Worth tried their luck and is officially rolling in dough!

Texas Lottery said a resident in the area claimed one of four $1 million top prizes from the scratch ticket $1,000,000 Diamond Riches.

The winner got their ticket from the Star Food Mart on North Booth Calloway Road in Hurst. Understandably, that person's choosing to remain anonymous.

There's still one million-dollar ticket left that hasn't been claimed. So if you have a Diamond Riches ticket laying around, it could be worth a few scratches!

Outside of the final $1 million prize, there are still plenty of unclaimed winning tickets ranging between $75-$20,000.

These prizes are separate from the growing money bags from Mega Millions and Powerball. The jackpot ticket for Mega Millions is now at $1.1 billion and numbers will be called Tuesday night. The top Powerball prize is stacking up to $360 million for Wednesday.
