Missing man last seen in Fort Worth nearly a week ago

Police say Troy Tackett was last seen on March 1. His family tells WFAA that he has short-term memory loss.

FORT WORTH, Texas — A missing man's family is asking for Fort Worth police and the public to help find him.

According to Fort Worth PD, 54-year-old Troy Allen Tackett was last seen on Friday, March 1, at 3:30 p.m. in the 5200 block of Hastings Drive. That's near Altamesa Boulevard and Trail Lake Drive.

Tackett is about six feet tall, weighs 200 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes. Police said he was last seen wearing a gray and dark red hoodie with blue jeans and blue shoes.

Tackett's family told WFAA that he has been diagnosed with short-term memory loss and he does not have his ID with him.
