CARROLLTON, Texas — All eastbound lanes of the President George Bush Turnpike at Kelly Boulevard in Carrollton are re-opened after they were closed for about three hours because of a crash Wednesday afternoon, according to the North Texas Tollway Authority.
The crash involved two vehicles and serious injuries, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
