LAS VEGAS — Dallas Police Department K9 Officer Apollo and his partner Sr. Cpl Angela Arredondo are at the Super Bowl as part of a team that is helping detect explosive devices.
They are typically at Love Field airport, but made the trek from Dallas to Las Vegas this week to help out the Las Vegas Police department with security.
They’ve recorded their journey on social media, stopping at places like the Hoover Dam. But they are credentialed to go into Allegiant Stadium. We asked if Apollo could detect who would win the Super Bowl. Well….he picked the Chiefs because he is a Swiftie.
Cpl. Arredondo says they have not found anything suspicious yet.
