DALLAS — A man was fatally shot in the 3600 block of Bolivar Drive in Dallas early Saturday, police say.
Police on patrol found a man, later identified as Sofonias Eduardo Gonzalez Morgan, 27, unresponsive on a sidewalk in the 3600 block of Bolivar Drive shortly after 1 a.m. Saturday. A preliminary investigation determined Morgan had been shot and he died at the scene, police say.
An investigation into the shooting is ongoing. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact Dallas police at 214-347-1542.
