DALLAS — Dallas police say a man was arrested on a complaint of DWI after he hit a police car parked with emergency lights on in the 1800 block of Fort Worth Avenue early Saturday.
Dallas police say two officers were in the vehicle when it was hit shortly after midnight, and they were taken to a local hospital as a precaution, treated and released.
Samuel Cooks, 51, was booked into the Dallas County Jail on a DWI complaint, jail records show.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
