DALLAS -- Police are investigating a murder-suicide in Pleasant Grove.
At about 1 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to the 2200 block of Lolita for a domestic disturbance.
They found that Felix Cazarez, 38, had shot and killed his mother-in-law, Lilia Rangel, 65. He also shot his wife in the face, and then turned the gun on himself, sources said.
All of this happened in front of the couple's two small children.
The wife managed to escape with the kids and call police. She was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.
Cazarez was pronounce dead inside the home, police said.
There have been multiple calls to this same home in the past, sources told WFAA, but details about them were not readily available.
