DALLAS — A man was injured in a shooting Thursday afternoon near a park in Southern Dallas, the Dallas Police Department said.
Officers responded to a report of a shooting just after 2 p.m. near Willoughby Park in the 9000 block of Willoughby Blvd. The victim was shot in the arm and took himself to the hospital, Dallas PD said.
No arrest has been made and a suspect description was not immediately available. The details that led up to the shooting are also unclear.
The investigation is ongoing.
