This. Is. So. Cool.

Have you seen the mugshot labels for 19 Crimes while shopping at the grocery store? They're not just labels it turns out.

While we may be late to discover this, 19 Crimes launched an app that uses augmented reality to teach you something.

Like the wine's website states, "Every bottle has a story..."

Watch how it works:

"Nineteen crimes turned criminals into colonists," the 19 Crimes website states. "Upon conviction British rogues guilty of a least one of the 19 crimes were sentenced to live in Australia, rather than death. This punishment by 'transportation' began in 1783 and many of the lawless died at sea. For the rough-hewn prisoners who made it to shore, a new world awaited."

"This wine celebrates the rules they broke and the culture they built," the website continues.

All you have to do is download the 19 Crimes app to your smart phone, then hold it up to a label featuring one of the criminals.

The mugshot itself talks to you, giving us some major "Harry Potter" vibes.

Don't just listen to us. Here's what some had to say in the Reviews section of the app store:

"Very creative marketing and just all around great concept to back up a VERY good wine. Will def. be trying the others [sic] versions very soon."
"You can imagine that I jumped out of my skin when the mugshot spoke to me. A fantastic app that brings a little piece of history to life."
