TEMPLE, Texas — Super Bowl LVIII has officially crowned a winner, and whether fans were thrilled or devastated by the final score, it was definitely a game to remember.
In fact, it may even have earned fans across the country some free food.
Since this year's Super Bowl went into overtime, Buffalo Wild Wings is offering free wings at participating locations across America on Monday, Feb. 26.
"WE GOT OT!!" The chain shared on social media, announcing the promotion, "FREE WINGS FOR AMERICA!!"
From 2-5 p.m. local time, football fans (and non-football fans), can pick up six free boneless or traditional wings to celebrate the Chief's victory or mourn the 49ers' loss.
The offer is reportedly only available for dine-in and in-person takeout and is limited to one per customer.
The Kansas City Chiefs rallied to defeat the San Francisco 49ers 25-22 in overtime to take home the Lombardi Trophy in Super Bowl LVIII.
According to Sports Illustrated, only one other Super Bowl has ever gone into overtime, when the Patriots took down the Falcons in Super Bowl LI in 2017.
