News 8 is committed to shining a light on the issue of domestic violence after the controversy surrounding Dallas Cowboys player Greg Hardy, the defensive end convicted of beating his girlfriend.
Hardy continues to play every week.
The Cowboys say they are done talking, but we are not, because this issue is too important. Every day there are victims of domestic violence — beaten, battered, and sometimes killed.
For the rest of the season, any day the Cowboys play, we will broadcast a story about domestic violence. Those stories can be found here on this page along with resources for those looking for help or looking to help someone in need.
