DALLAS — This story originally appeared in the Dallas Business Journal, a WFAA news partner.

Magnolia Realty, founded by Chip and Joanna Gaines who are best known for their home design and renovation program “Fixer Upper,” has announced two grand openings in Dallas-Fort Worth

These mark Magnolia Realty’s 7th and 8th offices in Texas. The Waco-based residential brokerage firm, founded in 2007, held a grand opening for its first North Texas outpost in 2017 in Argyle.

Franchise co-owners Theresa and Justin Mason and Will and Leslie Woods, who are all currently realtors with Magnolia, will be opening the Grapevine location on November 3. The office is located at 128 E. Texas St.

On November 4, Wendy Rape, who has been with Magnolia for a bit more than 5 years, will be opening Magnolia’s Granbury office at 622 E. Pearl St.  She is both the franchisee and broker of record for the Granbury office.

When reached for comment, Rape said her agents are customer-focused and make clients their top priority in everything they do.

“We are excited to be in their new office location and ready to serve the Granbury community,” she added.

According to the Magnolia website, the firm already has 34 residential realtors working in North Texas.

Chip and Joanna Gaines first found stardom with Fixer Upper and have since built a substantial portfolio. From coffee shops to restaurants, magazines, decor collections with Target and Anthropologie, book deals and more, the Magnolia brand has fast become a one-stop shop for residential and lifestyle needs.
