Arrest warrants issued for 2 Dallas officers, Chief Brown fires 5

Arrest warrants have been issued for fired Dallas officers Jon Llewellyn and Randolph Dillon. After the charges were filed, the district attorney's office dismissed 60 criminal cases they each investigated.
