Shooting victim seeks safety upgrade at Garland gun range
Michael Domin, who lives a mile away from the Garland Public Shooting Range in Rowlett, was wounded by a stray bullet in June. Now he wants the facility to shut down until it can step up supervision and security.

ATF agent shot near Seagoville
Breaking news out of Seagoville. News 8 has learned an ATF agent has been shot. It happened in the 900 block of Hannah Way. We're told the agent was one of several sent to a house to round up some gang members. An ATF spokesperson tells us the agent was shot in the leg. Right now his condition is unknown.
