Sachse surveillance camera partnership calms minds of property owners

Sachse is one of the first cities in North Texas to form a Neighborhood Video Partnership. Homeowners with surveillance cameras can voluntarily join a database. If a crime occurs nearby, police may come knocking to look for evidence.
