Flooding lets fish swim on the highway
As Tropical Storm Barry gets closer, flooding becomes more and more of a problem. On July 12, many people along the Gulf Coast are seeing water levels rise to dangerous amounts. In Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana floodwaters are reaching heights that allow fish to swim over the roads.
