Introduced in response to Dallas girl's death in 2018 gas explosion, pipeline safety bills pass Texas House
Authored by Rep. Rafael Anchia, pipeline safety bills were passed Saturday by the Texas House. The bills were "in direct response" to the death of Linda "Michellita" Rogers, 12. Rogers was killed in a gas explosion at her Dallas home on Feb. 23, 2018.
