Colder air moves in late Friday with flurries in the mountains, falling wind chills

By Saturday morning the feels-like temps will be in single digit territory

Tonight: Increasing cloudiness. Not as cold. Low: 34°.
Friday: Mostly cloudy and cool. Stray shower in the metro with flurries or a few snow showers in highest elevations. Turning windy and colder by late afternoon/evening. High: 50°.
Friday Night: Clearing and windy with the coldest air of the season. Feels like temperatures 5 to 15 in the metro, -5 to 5 in the mountains. Low: 21°.
Saturday: Mostly sunny & very cold. Still gusty at times, especially early. High: 37°.

Clouds will be on the increase overnight ahead of our next cold front. This will bring a transition to bitterly cold temps to start the weekend.

Friday starts mostly cloudy. Temps make it into the 40s to low 50s early in the afternoon, but then the arctic front starts to move in.

This will spark a stray shower around the metro. In the mountains, some flurries or a few snow showers will be possible.

The coldest air of the season arrives for the weekend. Morning lows will be in the low 20s in the city with the mountains in the 10s. Wind chills Saturday will be in  single digit territory.

Despite all of the sunshine, highs will only be in the upper 30s Saturday. By Sunday we rebound to the upper 40s to around 50 with ample sunshine.

Dry weather looks to stick around through the weekend and into early next week with highs rebounding to the mid 50s starting Monday.
