Rain (again) is moving across North Texas. While it may not rain in every corner of North Texas every second of the day today, pretty much everyone will see rain at some point. And most will see more than one round of showers. Simply, take the umbrella with you before you leave your place because you will likely need it at some point today.
Rain will move east overnight. Highest coverage of rain will be across eastern North Texas into East Texas. Scattered showers or even a few storms will linger across the rest of the area.
Rain waves goodbye to North Texas Saturday morning. By daybreak Saturday, most rain will be across East Texas into the Arklatex. Only a few lingering showers across eastern areas. Even though the rain will be gone, clouds will linger on Saturday. Those clouds along with a steady breeze from the north will keep things cool to chilly. Highs will only be in the upper 40s to low 50s. Clouds will clear a bit on Sunday but it will still stay chill. Highs on Sunday in the 40s.
