Monday morning rain, gives way to a dry & very mild afternoon

Your forecast from the KGW weather team, updated several times daily. This includes the outlook around Oregon and in Southwest Washington.

PORTLAND, Oregon — After a quick shot of rain this morning, we dry out this afternoon and that might be it for the rain this week.  We'll finish the month of November with close to 6.5" of rain.

Here's a look at Futurecast, timing out the rain today:

We're also very mild to start the week. Today's record high is 58°, we're likely to reach that. Portland hit 63° both days this weekend, tying Saturday's record high, and breaking Sunday's.

Expect the next few days to be generally dry, and a little foggy- especially in the valleys.

Eastern Oregon remains stuck in some stagnant air the next several days. An Air Stagnation Advisory remains in effect trough Wednesday for Baker, Harney, & Malheur Counties.

Have a great day, stay safe, and take good care of one another.
