DALLAS — All Dallas County government buildings reopened Monday, according to County Judge Clay Jenkins, but some downtown roads are still closed three days after a sniper shot and killed five Dallas police officers.
All jurors were expected to report for service on Monday, however service has been canceled for jurors summoned to appear for jury duty on Tuesday. People currently serving on trial juries are to follow the instructions of the judge on the case.
A wide area between the roads of Griffin, Ross Avenue, Record Street and Commerce Street are closed (see map below).
