Nestled 45 minutes away from Fort Worth near the city of Tin Top is a property that combines a quiet ranch atmosphere with plenty of recreational activities.
The 335-acre River Bend Ranch is being marketed by Dallas’ Icon Global Group with a price tag of $6,495,000. According to Tyler Thomas, lead broker for River Bend, the property is considered part ranch, part lake house thanks to its proximity to the Brazos River and Lake Grandbury.
“It’s right outside the mouth of Lake Grandbury, and it’s on a part of the river which is thought of as a premier water skiing part of the Brazos,” he added.

Other features include a large screened porch with a fireplace, a gear room, a study, a custom-designed laundry room and kitchen, a large living room, and a three-car garage.
