TCU grads open shop in Fort Worth's new Food Hall

Rollin' N Bowlin' will be one of many local start-up companies working side by side in the Food Hall off West 7th.

Austin Patry graduated from Texas Christian University in 2017. He and a classmate have been launching their business concept ever since.

They started a Rollin’ N Bowlin’, selling acai bowls. From a food truck to a store front on the TCU campus, they will soon be expanding to Crockett Row in Fort Worth.

A Food Hall is opening in a few weeks. Rollin’ N Bowlin’ will be one of many local start-up companies working side by side in the Food Hall off West 7th.

It’s still under construction right now. The finishing touches are being put on. There will be quick and easy restaurants, a full bar and live music.

Monica Bermea, marketing director, said it’s the first of its kind in Fort Worth. “This has been at least a year or two in the running so we are glad to see all the progress,” she said.

The grand opening is on December 7 and 8.
