FORT WORTH — Residents along Farnsworth Avenue in the Como neighborhood of southwest Fort Worth are under a boil water advisory.
According to a news release from the city of Fort Worth, residents were notified Saturday morning and were given bottles of water to use from the Fort Worth Water Department.
According to the release, this is being done as a precaution while water samples are being tested Saturday for total coliform bacteria. Results will be available Sunday. This advisory affects 86 residential lots.
