Most of Saturday will be mostly sunny, warm and breezy. A nice Saturday for most!
The only worry that exists today will be through the noon hour, where a stray shower or sprinkle is possible. Most places will be dry.
The afternoon will be mostly sunny, dry and warm with highs in the 80s area-wide.
A chance for thunderstorms returns later Saturday evening into Saturday night, mainly across western and northern North Texas. Isolated thunderstorms are possible after 7 p.m. across western North Texas, and those thunderstorms will move to the east during the evening and nighttime hours.
As storms move east, they will weaken, but may survive to give anywhere from the DFW area to the Red River a chance at a little rain late Saturday night.
Any storms that do form will have chance at being severe. Large hail and damaging winds will be the main threats. Widespread storms and widespread severe weather are not likely. Best chance at seeing a severe storm will be west of the DFW area across far western North Texas.
Any rain or storms tonight will be gone by Sunday morning with a dry and warm end to the weekend.
