Man, 40, gunned down overnight in Dallas parking lot

No arrests have been made in connection with the deadly shooting.

DALLAS — Updated at 6 p.m. Friday with surveillance video and photo of persons of interest

Homicide detectives are investigating a deadly overnight shooting that occurred in Dallas. 

Around 11:15 p.m. Thursday, Dallas police responded to a shooting at the 2900 block of Peabody Avenue. 

When officers arrived, they found a 40-year-old man shot multiple times in a parking lot. 

The man was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead, officials say. His name has not been released pending next of kin. 

No arrests have been made. 

Friday evening, Dallas police posted the following surveillance video and photo of the persons of interest wanted in connection to both this homicide and an aggravated assault that occurred an hour later.
