MESQUITE, Texas — Severe storms left a trail of debris and downed limbs in a Mesquite neighborhood Saturday Morning.

Mesquite Police reported damage to houses and a church north of the intersection of West Bruton Road/West Cartwright Road and 635. Broken limbs, shingles and downed street signs littered the Chamberlain Place neighborhood.

Homes across the freeway on Allen Drive were also badly damaged.

Crews were quickly dispatched to the scene to begin clean-up. There were no reports of injuries.
