Sheet Pan Pecan Cobbler

1 cup of butter, softened
10 eggs
1-1/2 cups of sugar
1-1/2 cups of light corn syrup
1-1/1 Tablespoons of vanilla
3 cups of pecan pieces
6 Pie Crust Sheets

In a large bowl, add the butter, eggs, sugar, syrup and vanilla and mix well.
Now, add in your pecan pieces, mixing until just combined.
Spray a 13x9 sheet pan with nonstick spray and place your pie crusts on each side of pan with about 1-1/2 to 2 inches of crust to overlap edge of pan.
Once you have it in place, go around the edges and pinch the tops together. Now, pour your mixture intro your prepared crust and bake at 300 degrees for 1-1/2 to 2 hours depending on you oven until set.
Cool on wire rack for about an hour then cut into desired size squares.
