Back again with Dallas' latest dessert trend. This time we're talking about snow cream.
Snow Cream isn't a new trend by any means, but the dessert coming to Dallas definitely is.
Bingbox Dallas combines Korean tradition with a modern twist with all our favorite ice cream toppings.
The Korean shaved ice is made to order and infused with a variety of flavors. The fluffy, cream-like consistency makes for a unique treat and will definitely help beat the Texas heat. On tap at Bingbox right now are flavors like chocolate, vanilla, melon, taro and matcha. Bingbox Dallas says they plan on rotating flavors throughout the seasons.
Traditionally known as bingsu, the dessert is typically shared among a group of people because of the portion size. Bingbox shrinks the large plate and serves the dish in disposable cartons so you can walk and enjoy the view at Trinity Groves.
If you head to the shop during the week of July 4, you can snap a special red, white and blue soft serve ice cream to mark the occasion.
