Moon Day at the Perot Museum

Event begins at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Perot Museum, 2201 N Field St. 

The museum will have DIY activities, reading time and demonstrations.

Apollo 11: 50th Anniversary Lunar Landing

Event is from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the J.Erik Johsson Central Library, 1515 Young St.

The library will have guest speakers and family-friendly activities.

Mooniversary: 50th Anniversary of the Apollo 11 Landing 

Event is from 1 to 6 p.m. Saturday at the Planetarium at University of Texas at Arlington, 700 Planetarium Place. 

There will be free shows, trivia, guest speakers and screenings.

Frontiers of Flight Museum Celebrates Moon Day: 50th Anniversary of Apollo 11

Event is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Frontiers of Flight Museum, 6911 Lemmon Ave.

This will have family-friendly events and 30 exhibitors will provide hands-on STEM education activities.

Apollo 11 showing at the Texas Theatre

The Texas Theatre is hosting a special screening of Apollo 11 in honor of the 50th Anniversary. 

The showing begins at 3:40 p.m. Saturday at 231 W. Jefferson Blvd.

Apollo 11 Landing 50th Anniversary Glass Night

Flying Saucer in Fort Worth is celebrating the anniversary with Real Ale Brewing Company Moonwalk Brut IPAs. People will also get to take a special glass home. 

Event begins at 11 a.m. Saturday at 111 E 3rd St.

Science on Tap: Fort Worth Museum of Science and History

The Friday night event will include hands-on activities, expert chats and tasty treats. 

People must be 21 and older to attend. There will be beer, wine and soda available for purchase. 

Event is from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday at the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, 1600 Gendy St.
