Greystone Communities, Inc. recently announced Jaclyn Overby of The Stayton at Museum Way, Tarrant County’s first and only life care senior living community, as a recipient of the 2009 Sales and Marketing Achievement Awards. The announcement was made by Greystone executives at the annual Greystone Sales Adventure Awards Banquet and Dinner event recently held at the Hilton Hotel in Rockwall, Texas.
“Jaclyn has made many achievements in her three year history with The Stayton,” said Mark Andrews, president of Greystone Communities, Inc. “She really led the charge when it came to the attainment of sales goals, which is truly outstanding, considering the challenging economic climate of 2009.”
Overby, senior living counselor at The Stayton, was only one of two individuals to receive the “Sales Counselor of the Year” award, which is given to those who exceed expectations in sales and marketing efforts.
Now under construction in Fort Worth’s Cultural District, the 11-story, three building community will feature 188 independent living residences with a variety of spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. The Stayton will provide onsite assisted living, memory support, and private skilled nursing for life care residents and others in the community.
The Stayton at Museum Way is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit senior living community sponsored by Senior Quality Lifestyles Corporation (SQLC), a Texas-based nonprofit organization that sponsors sister communities The Buckingham in Houston, Edgemere in Dallas, Querencia at Barton Creek in Austin, and Mirador under construction in Corpus Christi.
