My best friend and I were sitting on the shoreline next to the boat ramp just talking and having a good time when a suburban pulls up to drop off their boat. They were just getting it into the water when it caught fire. The owner and wife desperately tried to put out the flames, but by then the fire was unstoppable. Then we heard the wife yell, "Everyone away from the boat! It's gonna blow!" Althought the boat did not blow up, the flames engulfed the entire thing. The boat was destroyed. On-lookers slowly started to crowd, and then the police and fire-trucks arrived. They were no match to the smoke and fire. The boat was destroyed while the owner and family watched in horror.
