Tenant given initial eviction, Mesquite, TX Home owner had police, inspectors to get condemned-nothing can be done as this house keeps being destroyed--formal eviction will take another two months--added to the two months he owes us--and then home owner pays for his belongings moved and lockswmith before we can get possession. Now what's wrong with this legal system? House appears to being used as a dog kennel. More pictures available.
