Alli is a 2 yr. old Westie from Granbury, Texas. She loves to dress up for all occassions, especially Halloween. This is Alli dressed up as Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz. Notice the characters behind her. Her costume had to have a few alterations since she is so short. Toto was also added to the basket, dog bones to her dress and a few bling things to complete the outfit. Alli lives with her mom and dad, Kathy and Andy Leone at Lake Granbury.
