At about 10:45 p.m. on August 16, 2012 my wife and I were driving on Legacy Drive in Plano when a large coyote crossed in front of us. It went into the Legacy Church parking lot west of Coit Road. We turned in behind it and watched it in the beam of our headlights. It methodically searched landscape shrubs for rabbits, and we captured one good shot of it on our cell phone video camera. This was a very large coyote and it did not seem bothered by us sitting there with our engine running. Also, it seemed that it was revisiting a favorite hunting area because it really knew its way around, as it went from one shrub to another in search of rabbits,
