This huge city-owned vehicle sat running and WITHOUT AN OCCUPANT for over an hour (truly, closer to 2) before I finally decided to begin recording this video. The video is BORING in large part, but near the end it gets quite hilarious-be sure not to miss my conversation with one of our city's workers, nor the climactic end!
