The City of Dallas has repaired sewer lines in our North Dallas community and for over a week now they have been running water all day as you see here. This is not only wasteful but dangerous... several times the cones were not on the metal spouts and a car could have been damaged if they ran over it. The water is just running into the sewers... not trickling but flooding the street sides.
