Taken through an aluminum sun filter on a canon 40D camera. I thought the extra spots were dust on my sensor but when i looked at the NASA pictures they had the same pattern of dots so I concluded that there was a higher probability of sunspots than identical dust patterns on my sensor and NASA's. I saw the previous transit in 2004 in France so I now have pictures of both transits.
